My Story

This August, I’m riding in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids’ cancer.

Every year, over 1,700 kids in Canada are diagnosed with cancer. It’s the number one disease killing children in our country — and that’s not okay.

Kids should be out playing, not fighting for their lives.

So I’m riding to raise money for SickKids Foundation to help fund research, treatments, and hopefully, a cure.

My lovely cousin Krista once wanted to move to Canada and help out sick, young children by becoming a nurse at Sick Kids hospital. Unfortunately she passed away 5-6 years ago due to cancer and I’m riding in her memory.
