Again this August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

“Supporting the Great Cycle Challenge for the past 6 years has really meant a lot to me. Reading the bios of the children who are fighting for their lives is very difficult, yet inspiring at the same time. Their resilience and smiles remind me that life can be tough, and yet we can persevere and find happiness. My goal is to ride every day in August. Some days I am tired and sore - no breaks is sometimes tough on the body! Yet, I think about these children and I remember that they don't get a break from treatments and their side effects. So, I persevere and it is humbling. Thank you all for supporting me, and Abbygail!”
