I'm Riding For
Finn
I'm riding for my son Finn, who started battling leukemia when he was just 20 months old. He's four now, and finally finished his treatment after two and a half years! He's a cheerful, thoughtful little guy who loves planets, shapes, and the alphabet. He is an utter joy and deserves a future filled with laughter, fun, and good health - just like the many other kids battling cancer today.
My Story
This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge for my four-year-old son Finn and the many other kids just like him. While he's never received treatment at the SickKids hospital, the protocol he followed during his two and a half years of chemo was developed there.
Just a few decades ago, pediatric leukemia used to be 100% fatal. Now, thanks to the generosity of many, my son and many other kids like him have a chance of making it to adulthood. I’m so excited about getting involved and having the opportunity to help the next generation of families.
