This August, I will be participating in the Great Cycle Challenge to support the fight against childhood cancer.

The primary motivation for this initiative stems from the fact that over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer annually, making it the leading cause of disease-related fatalities among children in Canada.

The fundamental belief is that children should be afforded the opportunity to experience life to its fullest, rather than enduring the challenges of a life-threatening illness.

Therefore, I am actively fundraising through this challenge to provide crucial support to these children and contribute to the SickKids Foundation, enabling them to further their research and development of treatments, as well as the pursuit of a cure for childhood cancer.
