I'm at a 5th of my distance goal after today's ride! Saw beautiful sites, including these Canadian bodyguards on a break. But hoo-wee, I'm outta shape on a bike. Gotta go sit on ice now. 🤣
Almost 20 km today. This was my first longish ride in a few years, but the wildfire smoke has let up, so I decided to explore the Ironhorse Trail in K-W at an easy pace.
