Well I am almost at
My halfway point-45km done. I did just over 10 km today. I feel good and it’s a great cause. Thanks to highland fitness and wellness of giving me time on the bike after my wrist surgery. I had some slow
Down times and I could have gone faster but I was getting hot so I kept going with slower pedalling.

Today I did another 4 km in ten minutes on the bike. I think I went a little slower but it’s ok. I had the follow-up with my wrist and I can’t ride for two more weeks, or lift my weights. Tomorrow I have a time slot for 8am for half and hour. Going to wear my jersey and take a selfie. I am on track and I have enjoyed my time riding. Have a great day.

I took the weekend off. Had an attempted house break in and I kept on biking but needed a time away to a friends. This helped me refocus and know that the Garron family are
Matching funds on Wednesday Aug 13. This is dear to their heart because of Michael, their son, who passed at MGH all those years ago. Tomorrow is a new day and more pedalling to do.
10:40 min ride at the gym. 4.2739 km done on the bike. Pics taken. Feeling so much stronger doing this and then the workouts!! Thank you to Highland Fitness and Wellness!! No jersey on today but next time!! Today I get stitches out and see what happens , probably another two weeks before my regular bike ride can happen.

Well today I did rides four and five. Four was pre-workout, 1.142km and five was post-workout, 5.0492km. The post took longer but was worth it. Now I am up to 26km so far out of my 100km challenge which I plan on going over and keep at it. Thanks to Highland Fitness and Wellness and the trainers there that are motivating me on my health progress while doing this challenge. Thank you to those who donated and are cheering me on. I am blessed and can feel your spirit behind me with every pedal movement I make.
