    Today I rode up the Escarpment. Although the day was over 33*C & the air was thick (probably from the BC fires), the ride up the escarpment was coolish & shaded.

    My leg hurts but I keep thinking of the kids who have to endure surgeries, treatments & hospitalizations. My leg still hurts but if these kids & their parents are suffering through this, God willing, so can I!

    I may not be the fastest cyclist but Iā€™m going to do my part to try to give these kids a fighting chance.
