Morning ride to YLW Airport - met a fellow Cycle Challenge rider, Sonia, and had a pleasant ride-along from Parkinson’s Rec Centre to the airport runway and back. 👍😊 Thanks for the company and good conversation, Sonia !!

To Kelowna paddle centre (KPC) for an OC1 paddle, then Abbott Street to Sutherland to the Farmer’s Market, then over to ride around Parkinson’s Park a bit & back home.
Quick morning ride to Kelowna Airport & back on the Rail Trail. Saw Canadian Geese landing at the Pond & families of California Quail running haphazardly across the trail.
Ride to YLW Airport, Old Vernon road to Rutland & on to Mission Creek trailway & home
Early morning bike ride out to YLW airport & back - saw a Quail sentry on a post, bear scat but no bear, and ducks in the pond…
August 1st - First bike ride from Coldstream to Oyama, & back, along Kalamalka Lake with Cousin Paula & Kim visiting from Georgia.
