Aug 6, I rode 10.3km in the city along the St Lawrence River trail. This trail links in with others along the seaway. This is a beautiful place with lots to see and do. Being my fourth ride of at least 10km, I now feel as though I have regained my cycling cadence.
Also, I feel good and have comfort that the Cycle Challenge raises funds for a good cause.
